Administrative Officer

General Responsibilities:

Your role as an Administrative Officer requires you to be responsible for a diverse range of back office support for the company. A part of your role will be taking account of the daily administrative matters, procurement, business correspondences and other project matters. You will also be expected to work in liaison with external and internal parties such as sourcing suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the business operations and matters for the company

  • Develop and implement procurement strategy and improve overall sales cycle
  • Improve Cost Reduction in projects
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers
  • Ensure a smooth project cycle for project team
  • Assist in developing and organising corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes
  • Provide all-rounded administrative support duties
  • Responsible for the provision of effective and efficient shop and office administration services including renovation, maintenance of equipment, office        procurement & supplies



  • Willing to learn or have basic understanding of the advertising / public relations / marketing / branding / communications / agency job nature and work        flow
  • 6+ years relevant working experience
  • Enjoy a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment
  • Willing to take up additional duties and hours in order to perform the necessary duties
  • A highly proactive character with strong initiative
  • Capability of working independently under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Must be strong in interpersonal and communication skills and efficient in dealing with internal & external parties
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
