C&B Manager
Report to the Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle C&B administrstration and staff
relations.
- You will be responsible the preparation of
compensation proposal and budgets, preparing and implementing salary and
benefit budgets in order to maintain the organization competitive position in
the marketplace.
- Responsible for completing C&B surveys
and market pay trend.
- Conduct salary review and promotion
analysis.
- Design new benefit arrangements or program.
- Review existing C&B policies to ensure
it is in compliance with local labor law.Conduct market research and preparing
proposals.
- Responsible for Training and Development
function including delivery training programs and implement project.
- Identify the Training needs for the
business growth.
- Coordinate with external consultancy on
training and development events.
- Develop and select the appropriate
resources to create training materials.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of training
programs and conduct follow-up activities.
- Assist in Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management
related disciplines, at least 5 years in C&B in sizable organization.
- Hans on Training experience will be
definitely an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and
presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English,
Chinese and Putonghua
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employment
Ordinance and related regulation.
Remuneration:
- 5 days work
