Building Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, control, monitor and co-ordinate all building services work in various projects
- Liaise with clients, clients' representatives, design consultant and project team regarding all building services work installation and builders work in quality, progress and program control
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Corporate membership of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in BS/M&E works in main contractor capacity supervising BS/M&E works in new projects.
- Experience in Architectural Services Department or Hong Kong Housing Authority will be an advantage.
