Customer Services Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiry
  • Follow up orders from clients
  • General data-entry with administrative work
  • Assist Japanese staffs with translation and reports preparation

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year customer service / admin experience
  • Good command in Cantonese, Business level in English, N3 Japanese level or above
  • Immediate available is preferred
