IT Support Officer / IT Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support (hardware & software) to users
- Develop and maintain in-house application with Visual Basic, SQL database, MS Access
- Onsite setup & configuration new computer
- Follow up ad-hoc projects
- OT inventory control and support
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Sonicwall firewall, VPN setting, Domino, Proxy & AD server
- Native in Cantonese, fair in English and Mandarin
- Independent, good communication skills, punctual and detail-minded
