Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall visual merchandising direction and creative execution of each brand which in line with the corporate strategy and expectation.
- Ensure the merchandise presentation are well communicated and understood by customers in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Work and coordinate with merchandising, retail and operation team
- Develop seasonal training materials on visual merchandising for different level of end user.
- Coach shop staffs on visual merchandising in order to drive business; communicate closely with store planning team in regards to store layout, space planning and customer traffic flow.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education holder in Visual Merchandising or Design discipline.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail industry; supervisory level is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
