Merchandising Manager - Lingerie / Underwear
Requirement:
- Tertiary educated in Textile & Clothing or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of sales management experience in underwear manufacturing field is a must
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, self-driven and proactive
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Travels to Overseas/China are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors a Merchandising Team to achieve desired Sales Revenue and goals and Sales Forecast.
- Manages fabric and material sourcing, sampling, pricing to provide competitive price with quality products
- Works with various parties to resolve critical issues arising from sales, merchandising, production work flow, materials& trims quality, and shipment delivery in order to secure on time delivery and merchandises in quality.
