Senior Project Development Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist on planning, managing & monitoring the progress of development projects;
- Keep abreast of relevant market trends, competition and other related matters (covering both HK, PRC market including property & infrastructure etc.);
- Prepare presentation materials for internal & external audience.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business / Real Estate / Surveying / Economics / or other relevant disciplines;
- Over 3 years’ relevant working experience. Experience in property developer or property consultancy preferred; bonus to be given on demonstrated experience in comprehensive development project (office, retail, residential, etc.) / project development / project management;
- Experience with PRC exposure preferable;
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Capable to work independently and work under pressure;
- Analytical, self-motivated, achievement-oriented and a team player;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Business travel is required when & where necessary.
