Shop Manager
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- School Certificate or above
- Minimum 3 years management experience in retail sales
- Supervise and motivate the team to meet monthly target
- Responsible to the VM display and daily operation
- Help merchandising and monitoring the stock of the store
- Prepare monthly reports
- Liaise with internal departments in order to have smooth daily operations of the shops, including promotion, ordering, and reporting
- Provide professional and reliable sales and after sales services to customers
- Proactive, organize, positive working attitude with strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
