Product Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face premium client service for walk-in customers at Client Experience Centre
  • Advice customers on product selection to ensure a total customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customers enquiries / requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange service appointments and carry out product demonstrations  
  • Ensure a decent house-keeping of the centre

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above, preferably in Tourism Management, Hotel and Hospitality Management or similar
  • With 2-3 years of showroom or retail experience in high-end product or client servicing industry preferred
  • Good client servicing skill, pleasant, patient, outgoing and willing to serve
  • Positive mindset with passion for delivering excellent client service
  • Preferably with keen interest in cooking and kitchen appliances
  • Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
