Customer Services Representative


Responsibilities:

  • Make a good relationship between customer and company
  • Handle clients requests and questions or complaints
  • Update and maintain customers date base, Data entry

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, preferable with diploma
  • 1-2 years relate experience
  • Possess effective problem solving, organizing skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua & English

Package:

  • 14-month salary
  • Annual Leave

  • Bank Hoilday
  • Mon - Sat (Alt sat)
  • Shift duty (9 hours per day, 10am - 10pm)
