Technical Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support the store system for daily
operation
- Support procedure development, testing and
rollout of updated release
- Interact with different departments to
update the store system settings for the required operation process,
specification and integration requirements
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science
or related disciplines with MCITP of MCSA preferred
- 2 years’ experience including system
development life cycle; candidate with retail expereince is an advantage
- Knowledge in MS SQL server and related
products and EPOS system
- Good interpersonal skills and strong sense
of responsibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English and
Chinese (including Mandarin)
