Telecom Support Technician / Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and problem troubleshooting in mobile core, access and transport network
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Ensure network quality and performance assurance
- Shift duty is required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
- At least 1 year’s working experience in IP Network and System support
- Hands-on experience in support sizeable router network and Ethereal will be an advantage
- Knowledge in GSM/WCDM on mobile network or cellular industry and experience in Windows/UNIX/Linux operations environment is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Good communications skills in both English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available will be an advantage
